Prevea Health Network Provider Recontracting Efforts

Throughout 2006, Prevea Health Network (PHN) has been aggressively re-contracting its entire provider network. That effort has resulted in virtually all of PHN provider contracts being renegotiated. This means more competitive provider reimbursements available to PHN contracted payors, employer groups, employees, and dependents. 
 
PHN highly encourages its contracted payors to evaluate these savings and calculate the impact to their current and prospective clients. The majority of provider contracts now reflect savings increases of 30%, 50%, 100%, and greater.
