Prevea's Health Promotion Coordinator works with your wellness committee, human resources department and/or occupational health nurse to establish an on-site wellness committee and on-going wellness programs.
INTEREST SURVEY
Use this evaluation tool to identify the wellness interests of your employees. The survey provides the necessary information to plan successful health and wellness events and programs at your worksite.
SPEAKER'S BUREAU

DISPLAY BOOTHS
Supplement your worksite wellness program with one of Prevea's display booths. The displays provide visuals and educational materials on topics such as healthy eating, smoking, diabetes, exercise, home safety, etc.
HEALTH FAIRS
Prevea will assist your company with information needed to plan a successful health fair at your worksite. If desired, Prevea Occupational Health can also plan, coordinate, and implement the health fair for you. We also participate in your health fair and offer one of the many wellness display booths.

Supplement your health fair with a screening. Prevea offers the following screenings, supplemented with a display booth and educational materials.

SMOKING CESSATION
Prevea and the American Lung Association® Freedom From Smoking® program can be held at your worksite to assist smokers to quit smoking.
Freedom From Smoking® Cessation Classes
-A Prevea Smoking Cessation Facilitator will hold classes on site for those who want to participate in smoking cessation classes. Each class requires at least six participants.
-An eight-session class that can be modified to fit the needs of your company and the needs of your employees to help them kick the habit.

PREVEA'S WELLNESS NETWORK
A wellness committee that consists of individuals from various companies, interested in providing wellness and safety programs to the worksite. This committee is a resource to network with other companies, share ideas, and receive program information and educational materials.
