Sacred Heart Hospital Joins Prevea Health Network PPO

This new agreement, effective May 1, 2007, makes Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI available in both the Prevea Health Network-Only and Network Health Prevea PPO provider panels.  

Prevea Health Network PPO participants may access Sacred Heart Hospital receiving in-network level of benefit coverage by their insurance carrier.  For more detailed hospital information, please visit www.sacredhearthospital-ec.org

St. Nicholas Hospital Joins Prevea Health Network PPO

This new agreement, effective May 1, 2007, makes St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, WI now available in the Prevea Health Network-Only provider panel (St. Nicholas Hospital currently participates in the Network Health Prevea PPO provider panel).
